Demolition of existing main entrance vestibule and reconstruction / addition of new entrance vestibule complete with a new elevator and supporting mechanical and electrical rooms, and building envelope replacement on administration office adjacent to entrance. Project also included the renovation of the upper and lower level washrooms.
